Durante pronunciamento nesta quarta-feira (27), o senador Eduardo Girão (Podemos-CE) afirmou que a divulgação do vídeo da reunião ministerial realizada em 22 de abril foi importante para mostrar que o Poder Judiciário está “apodrecido”, interferindo onde não deveria.
— Não tinha porque o Supremo se meter na nomeação do diretor da Polícia Federal (PF). Querer o celular do presidente da República, uma invasão de privacidade sem precedentes. O que não acontece em nenhum lugar do mundo, o Supremo quis recomendar isso para a Procuradoria Geral da República.
Girão também disse que o Poder Legislativo está distante do povo, já que o exclui do debate de temas importantes.
— De muita coisa a gente tem a oportunidade de se aproximar e não se aproxima. Até durante essa pandemia, como a questão da corrupção. Dois projetos nossos tentando moralizar isso, tentando dobrar a pena dos crimes e torná-los hediondos, como crimes contra a administração pública e segunda instância.
Para o senador, o vídeo evidencia a crise moral que o país está passando. Ele afirmou que os três Poderes da República precisam ser reinventados, pois se demonstram frágeis. Girão acredita que é preciso reconstruí-los através do voto, trazendo gente nova para a política.
