A Receita Federal publicou hoje na edição de hoje (18) do Diário Oficial da União a Portaria RFB nº 853, que disciplina o atendimento realizado através do Chat RFB. Acessível através do Centro Virtual de Atendimento da RFB (Portal e-CAC), disponível no endereço eletrônico receita.economia.gov.br, a plataforma oferece hoje 22 serviços ao cidadão, com perspectiva de aumento nos próximos meses, à medida que a Receita Federal busca redirecionar o máximo possível seus atendimentos presenciais para o ambiente digital por conta da pandemia causada pelo coronavírus.
Criado em abril do ano passado, o Chat RFB consolidou-se como um modo prático para que o contribuinte tivesse acesso aos serviços da Receita Federal, e foi tendo o leque de serviços ofertados gradativamente ampliado, com cerca de 5.400 acessos diários atualmente. Cerca de 320 servidores atendem à população, que podem obter, o esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre o Cadastro de Pessoa Física (CPF) e Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ), resolução de pendências relacionadas ao Simples Nacional e Microempreendedor Individual (MEI), e tratamento de divergências relativas a débitos previdenciários e fazendários, dentre outros serviços.
A portaria publicada hoje regulamenta o uso do Chat RFB, definindo fluxos de trabalho e estipulando como será o funcionamento da plataforma. Nela consta, por exemplo, que o atendimento será realizado em dias úteis das 7 às 19 horas, e que o atendimento seguirá os princípios da urbanidade, impessoalidade e busca pela conclusão efetiva pela via digital, sempre que possível.
