Esses números incluem somente as cargas que são entregues diretamente aos importadores. Outra grande quantidade de material sai do aeroporto em trânsito aduaneiro. No último mês, chegaram por Guarulhos para desembaraço em outros pontos do país 100 milhões de máscaras, 800 mil testes e 150 respiradores.
A principal preocupação da Alfândega de Guarulhos tem sido a agilidade. Os servidores se revezam em plantões e juntos cobrem a recepção e a liberação das cargas relacionadas ao combate à Covid-19 de forma ininterrupta.
