Ao fim da sessão plenária desta quinta-feira (28), o senador Weverton Rocha (PDT-MA) confirmou que fará parte da comitiva que visitará o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) na manhã de sexta-feira, na companhia dos presidentes do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre, e da Câmara, Rodrigo Maia, e outros parlamentares. Conforme explicou Weverton, por tratar-se de uma visita ao novo presidente do TSE, Luís Barroso, e não uma audiência, não haverá deliberações.
Weverton Rocha acrescentou que também está confirmado para terça-feira (2) um evento remoto, organizado por todos os partidos de oposição no Senado e na Câmara, em defesa da democracia e da imprensa livre.
